Austin Sheerline Ambulance Restoration

This blog comes to you from New Zealand and is to be the continuing story of the restoration of a 1952 Austin Sheerline Ambulance that has been dry stored in a shed for 35 years. My wife and I are volunteer Ambulance Officers in our rural area as well as being Austin enthusiasts so we could not resist this project . We own several other classic cars including an Austin A40 Devon , Austin Healey 'Frog eye' Spite and a 1951 AM Lagonda 2.6 Saloon. Below are some Photos of the Ambulance on its way to its new home. .
